Code of Ethics and Discrimination is a 2-hour, 25-minute course.
This ONE-HOUR version is our best practices recommendation for non-supervisory employees to be in compliance with the legal statutes in all 50 states, EXCEPT FOR CALIFORNIA AND CONNECTICUT. This employee course is fully compliant to the legal statutes set forth in NY, DE and ME. The one-hour version is designed to educate employees on the basics of harassment, sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention and response. It allows trainees to complete the course with a one-hour seat time requirement.

Traliant’s Preventing Discrimination and Harassment for Construction managers’ training is a 60-minute course which explains the expected behaviors for building a workplace that is free of discrimination and harassment. The course covers current topics including sexual harassment, discrimination, bystander intervention, diversity and inclusion, and describes the responsibilities of managers to prevent inappropriate conduct, and to respond appropriately should it occur.
